    Introduction:
        Dr. Chen is Deputy Chief Engineer and Chief of Research and Technology Development
        Team in Soil & Water Conservation Bureau. He got the scholarship from Taiwan 
        government to study doctoral course in Kyoto University in Japan in 2011, and Obtained 
        a doctorate degree in 2014. He had contributed in various projects and tasks of debris flow 
        for more than 15 years, participating fully in establishment and development of debris
        flow disaster prevention and mitigation systems in Taiwan. Dr. Chen’s main research
        focuses in landslide prediction, multi sediment hazards, warning system, disaster
        management.
