1. All participants should register and pay the registration fee. All presenters (oral or poster) should register, or her/his article(s) will not be published in the conference proceedings.
2. At least one author per paper must have registered.
3. Online Registration is not considered complete until the registration fee and relevant documents are received.
4. Last date for early bird to register：May 31, 2018.
